Status
The retention schedule is subject to the legal and commercial pack and solicitor review. Specific retention periods are not fixed here.
Records with potentially different retention
Different categories of record may have different retention periods, including:
- governance metadata
- learning records
- audit logs
- incident records
- public intake submissions
- support records
Survival after closure
Some records may survive account closure for legal, billing, security, dispute-handling, backup, audit, or agreed governance-evidence purposes.
Backups and export
- Backup deletion lag may apply, so data may persist in backups for a period after deletion from active systems.
- Where applicable, customers should export relevant records before closure.
