Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

ANCHOR is intended to support:

• governance evidence
• AI-use policy support
• learning and CPD-recordable AI literacy evidence
• client transparency support
• incident and near-miss governance metadata
• Trust Pack and readiness evidence

Prohibited use

ANCHOR must not be used for:

• diagnostic use
• prescribing use
• treatment-planning use
• autonomous triage
• replacing veterinary judgement
• use as an EHR, PMS, or clinical record
• uploading raw clinical records or identifiable client or patient material unless expressly permitted by an authorised product flow and agreement
• attempting to bypass tenant or access controls
• using outputs without human review
• any unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or security-invasive use

Enforcement note

These boundaries describe expected use. ANCHOR's controls support safe use but do not perfectly police or prevent all possible misuse; responsibility for appropriate use remains with the clinic and its staff.
